The most common question we get about sim cards is: it doesn't work. The most common reason is the sim card is inserted the wrong way. Also power off the device before you insert the card.

In most cases insert as shown on device, with contact pad downwards.

With some SIM cards, if still not activated, place a little piece of tape on the top of the sim card to make a better connection.
